UKREiiF ARCH-VIZ PROMO
Promotional video for GHD's sponsorship and participation in the UKREiiF (United Kingdom Real Estate Investment & Infrastructure) Conference 2023 and developed mostly as a solo developer with internal Marketing to envision the company's 'Future Communities' initiatives.
The video follows a young professional as she ventures into a modern city where she works in the office and has evening plans before returning home.

WORK SUMMARY
After ideation, workshopping, and development with both marketing and senior management, there was just over a week left within the development timeline. This meant the integration of many modelled assets which would be sourced from within the organisation (such as the train and metro station) alongside cross-platform plugins and tools to speed up the development pipeline such as Datasmith, Anima, Quixel Megascans, Maya, 3dsMax, Blender, many free Unreal Engine Marketplace assets, Ultra Dynamic Sky, etc to develop the scenes along with free and purchased assets.
Pre-vis shots were rendered quickly using the Unreal Engine in-editor renderer then compiled before doing two separate final renders with the movie render queue plugin. Finally, remaining edits, colour grading, text effects, etc were done in DaVinci Resolve to produce the final video.
